The following logos are designed for use by health plans, community and faith-based organizations, and other contractors involved in promotion of CHIP and Children's Medicaid. Before using these logos, please refer to the Graphic Identity and Branding Style Guide. It provides information on the correct use of the logos.  ALL MATERIALS USING THESE LOGOS SHOULD BE SUMBMITTED FOR HHSC APPROVAL PRIOR TO USE. Email a PDF or other electronic file to Geoff Wool.
